How We Train

3 to 4 weekly sessions per week.

  1. Push / Pull / Legs or Upper Lower splits based on schedule

  2. Compound lifts supported by targeted accessory work

  3. Mix of bilateral and unilateral training for balance and injury prevention

  4. Cardio used purposefully: zone 2 for health, intervals for conditioning.
