These optional add ons give you deeper support in assessment, nutrition, recovery, and program design.
All prices shown in euros. Local currency options available for in-person clients.

How to Add an Add-On

Add-ons are activated inside your normal PT bookings.
Here’s how to do it:

  1. Open your usual PT booking link.

  2. Choose your next session.

  3. Select any add-ons from the list before confirming your booking.

  4. Your add-on will be billed automatically with that session.

BETTER ATLAS ADD-ONS

  • Assessment

    120 EUR one-off

    A complete baseline review before training.
    We’ll map your goals, training history, sleep, stress, and lifestyle.
    You’ll receive initial calorie targets, macro structure, recovery score,
    and bloodwork recommendations so your starting point is clear
    and your plan is built on real data.

  • Nutrition Coaching

    100 EUR per month

    Weekly guidance to keep your nutrition aligned with your goals.
    Includes calorie targets, macro structure, MyFitnessPal monitoring,
    weekly check-ins, and adjustments based on your progress.

    Plus:
    • Sample meal templates
    • High-protein grocery lists
    • Simple eating-out guide
    • Weekly progress summaries

    Includes one 30-minute review call each month.

  • Recovery Coaching

    100 EUR per month

    Weekly support to improve sleep, stress regulation, and readiness.
    Includes routines, autonomic profiling, HRV and resting-HR monitoring,
    personalised adjustments, and consistent check-ins.

    Plus:
    • Custom wind-down routines
    • Recovery-day structure
    • Weekly readiness summaries
    • Supplement guidance

    Includes one 30-minute review call each month.

  • Custom Program Build

    80 EUR per programme

    A personalised 4-week strength or cardio plan that supports
    the work we do in your in-person sessions. Built around your goals,
    equipment, schedule, and movement patterns, with full weekly structure,
    sets, reps, tempos, and progression. Updated every four weeks and
    delivered inside Hevy Coach.

    Add-on to your existing Better Atlas coaching (not stand-alone).

  • 12 Week Transformation

    900 EUR one-off.

    A full upgrade to the Better Atlas system layered onto your PT plan.
    Includes complete assessment, custom 12-week training plan, weekly
    nutrition coaching, recovery coaching, weekly check-ins, data tracking,
    and programming updates every four weeks based on results.

    Add-on to your existing PT subscription. Training sessions
    continue as normal.
