We confirm alignment, clarify your goals, and determine the right plan.
STEP 2 — Choose Your Coaching Plan
One, two, or three sessions per week.
Billed every 4 weeks.
Pause or cancel anytime with 7 days’ notice.
STEP 3 — Book Your Weekly Sessions
After subscribing, you’ll receive a private booking link.
Use this link to schedule your sessions — your subscription credits apply automatically.
STEP 4 — Add Any Extras (Optional)
Once you’re an active coaching client, you can layer in:
• Nutrition Coaching
• Recovery Coaching
• Custom Program Build
• 12-Week Transformation
These are selected inside your PT session bookings, not during checkout.

How Add-Ons Work
Add-ons cannot be purchased at checkout.
They appear inside your booking flow once you have an active coaching plan.
How to add one:
Open your private booking link.
Choose your next PT session.
Select any add-ons before confirming your appointment.
The add-on is billed automatically during that session’s checkout.
If you ever need help adding an add-on, just message me directly.
Policies
• Sessions can be rescheduled up to 12 hours in advance.
• Changes within 12 hours count as used.
• Subscription renews every 4 weeks.
